Welcome to the Sun Lab (CSOCH)

Welcome to our laboratory focused on Statistical Single-Cell Omics research. Our mission is to create reference maps of all human cells, which can be used to understand human health, as well as diagnose, monitor, and treat diseases. Our research is aimed at developing statistical methods and computational tools to analyze emerging high-throughput multi-omics sequencing data. We are particularly interested in developing statistical methods that can address the challenges of mapping every cell type in the human body using single-cell multi-omics sequencing and spatially resolved multi-omics technologies. Our laboratory is dedicated to advancing our understanding of human cells and providing new insights into the diagnosis and treatment of human diseases.
